Dear Mayor and Councilmembers,

At the request of Councilman Sack, I have attached a current list of violations presently in existence on Hen Island. I have requested a meeting with the new City Manager in the hopes of procuring a mutually acceptable date to view the complaints at the Island.

As you will see from the list some of the violations have the potential of being life threatening as well as, being health, safety and environmentally oriented. In an effort to save time, all of the local city and state codes that are being violated are listed on our website HEALtheHARBOR.com, under the laws and codes section. Should you decide to visit Hen Island, I would request to be present for I know the history and can point out locations of the violations. I am looking forward to moving in a positive direction for all.
