Dear Mr. Coulross,

I would like to apologize again for the confrontation at the council meeting the other night in regards to the seating arrangements.

As a result of the Mayor's comments agreeing that the city of Rye is willing to take a second look at the Hen Island situation, I would like to schedule a meeting when we could visit Hen Island, and inspect the serious health, safety and environmental violations that have existed for years. Please keep in mind that time is of the essence as a new season is about to begin and many of the violations we will be viewing have the possibility of being life threatening.

At the request of Councilman Sack, I have attached a list of violations presently in place on Hen Island. I will also be forwarding that list to the Mayor and council. I look forward to our meeting and await your response on a mutually agreeable time.
