64-11. Hazards to navigation. [Amended 8-19-1992 by Ord. No. 13-1992]

Any boat, raft or float which becomes a menace to navigation or unseaworthy or which sinks, grounds or otherwise becomes disabled shall be removed by the owner or person in charge thereof upon order of the enforcement authorities. If such boat is not removed within five days after an order to do so, it may be removed by or at the direction of the enforcement authorities at the expense of the owner or person in charge of said boat. Such removed boats shall be disposed of in accordance with federal and state laws.
